This policy explains what The Reputation Tree collects when you use the service, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Audit inputs — the website, business description, the phrase you want to show up for, competitors and awards you enter.
• Your email — when you unlock a full report, place an order, or send feedback with a reply address.
• Usage & technical data — your IP address (for rate-limiting and abuse prevention) and basic request logs.

How we use it

• To run your audit and build your report.
• To email your report and keep you updated on any order.
• To prevent abuse and keep costs under control.
• To improve the product.

Who processes your data

We rely on trusted providers to run the service: Supabase (hosting & database), DataForSEO (audit data), Resend (email), Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (bot protection). Each only processes data to provide their part of the service.

Retention

Audits are kept for up to 30 days. Account and order data is kept for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
