The service

We provide a free AI-visibility audit and paid reputation-building services. The free audit is an automated estimate of how AI tools and the web represent a brand, and is provided as-is.

Acceptable use

• Only audit brands you own or are authorised to act for.
• Don't abuse, scrape, or attempt to overload the service.
• Don't use the service for anything unlawful.

Paid services

Paid packages are billed as described at checkout. Work begins once you submit your intake. Because the work starts immediately and is bespoke, fees are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.

No guarantee of results

Reputation and AI-visibility outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citations or scores.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
